If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days, and they'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). All items must be returned in their original condition. Defective items returned within the manufacturer's warranty period (or within 12 months if there is no manufacturer warranty) will be replaced at no cost to you - they pay for shipping expenses on defective item returns in the case of replacing a defective item. Products no longer part of their current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. *Some exceptions apply.

If within 30 days of receipt of your order you find the identical product advertised for a lower price, send them the ad and they'll promptly refund the difference. Your 100% satisfaction is their goal.
To Return An Item, Please Follow These Steps
- Contact Customer Service at 1.800.762.7846 Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm (all times ET) to receive an RMA Number (Return Authorization Number).
- Write the RMA on the outside of the package & include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship returns with a tracking number (recommended for your protection).
